We’re almost at the 9 week point in cycle 20H.  This has been our biggest cycle, in terms of the number of films, since 2017.  We’re doing our best to deliver as many orders as possible by Christmas.

As of December 21^st, the Film Rescue Europe office is closed until January 4^th, 2021.  Our main lab will be closed after the 23^rd until January 4^th. 

Still film preview gallery invoices were emailed.  Check your spam folder if you didn’t receive any message from us yet. 

Black and white motion processing is complete but all scanning is not finished yet.  Orders are invoiced as completed and once paid, files are uploaded.  There can be a 2 – 5 day queue until your Drop Box download link is emailed to you.   If you requested physical delivery of your transfer, but would like to have electronic delivery in addition, you can request it by email.

Color motion film processing is not finished.

Other photographic and motion scanning work is invoiced as completed. 

Orders being physically returned may take 2 -3 weeks after payment before we ship.
