Anyone who still has tapes these days is hoarding a treasure. Because in the past, only important recordings were played on tape reels – for example particularly beautiful concerts, the child’s first words or other audio documents that should not be lost in the flow of time. However, tape reels are subject to deterioration and constant degaussing (demagnetization). They only last a limited time. If you want to save the valuable tape recordings for eternity, the only way is to digitize them and save them on a modern storage medium such as a hard drive.
Are you also planning to have your tape recordings digitized? Then Film Rescue International could be your partner. We can also save your analogue audio tapes. We make your memories usable and audible on your computer, device or your hifi music system with special audio restoration software.
