Cycle 24A week 15: We’re just about through all motion film orders for the cycle, including the color processing backlog.  Final invoices should be ready to email by the end of this month.

Cycle 24B week 7:  All motion film processing minimum charge invoices have been emailed and film is being prepped for processing.  Still film processing and digitizing is well underway and galleries are in progress.  Gallery completion and invoicing should be done by the end of the month; we’re a bit behind.

Cycle 24C cutoff was February 12^th.  Please refer to the email we sent, subject (24C cycle) Your package has arrived for estimated cycle timelines.

The next cutoff date is March 25^th.

We’ll be closed after December 22^nd until January 3^rd.  Email and voice mail will be responded to after the holidays in the order received. 

Cycle 23H.  All work is complete.  Invoices (and reminders) have been emailed.  Please check your spam folder.

Cycle 24A week 8:  Many still film orders have been completed and invoices emailed.  Clients whose galleries won’t be ready before Christmas will be notified. Once we return in January the remaining orders will be our priority.  Motion film processing is not complete.

Cycle 24B cutoff is January 2^nd.  The following cutoff date for cycle 24C is February 12.

We’ll have an update on motion film color processing services soon. All clients with film on hold will be contacted.

We’re testing an alternate high-contrast color negative process and hope to be able to offer this soon. Unfortunately, color reversal (positive) processing for expired film is no longer possible through our partner lab, Film Rescue Europe.

Cycle 23G week 15:  The final motion film invoices for the cycle will be emailed this week.

Cycle 23H week 9:  If you haven’t received the link to your still film gallery, please check your email spam folder.  Motion film processing is complete and once inspected for image, film will be scanned and digitized.

Cycle 24A cutoff was October 30.  Expect motion film processing minimum charge invoices early-to-mid November.

Cycle 24B cutoff is January 2, 2024.
