As of October 10, 2025, Canada Post service will resume with “rotating strikes” by unionized employees. So, you can mail your film to us from within Canada or from overseas, but expect it to take longer than usual to arrive.

As of September 25, 2025 there is no mail delivery service by Canada Post.  Any packages being sent from Canada or overseas should be sent by courier OR wait until the labour disruption is resolved.  Alternately, packages from overseas may be sent to our Westby, Montana (USA) address, but we cannot guarantee there won’t be additional tariffs or fees added by US Customs – it will be the sender’s responsibility to pay.   We regret the inconvenience this causes our customers.

Cycle 25E:  All invoices for motion film orders have been emailed; check your spam folder if you haven’t received that email.

Cycle 25F week 13: Invoices for still film processing were sent mid-August; check you spam folder if you didn’t receive an email.  Motion film processing is complete and scanning is underway.

Cycle 25G week 7:  We’re running a bit behind.  Still film processing isn’t finished.  Motion film processing minimum charge invoices haven’t been sent out yet… give us a couple more weeks.

Cycle 25H cutoff was Sept. 1; the next cutoff is Oct. 20 – this cycle will carry over into 2026.

Cycle 25D: If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam before contacting us. 

Cycle 25E: end of week 13.   Still film processing is complete and galleries are in progress. Motion film processing is underway.  Sorry… we’re still playing catch up from previous cycles.

Cycle 25F: end of week 7.  Most motion film minimum charge invoices have been sent; the remaining invoices will go out next week – check your spam folder before contacting us.  Still film processing is underway.

Cycle 25G cutoff date was July 18, 2025 and we’re into the administrative details.  If we have questions, we’ll contact you.      

The next cutoff date is September 1^st.  This will be the final full processing cycle before Christmas!

Canada Post is not on strike at the moment.  If you are sending work to our address in Canada by mail, check for updated info here: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en/our-company/news-and-media/corporate-news/negotiations-list.page .  Mailing your film to our Montana, USA address is another option.

Cycle 25D: end of week 13 and we have some still film galleries ready and invoiced.  Motion film work is ongoing.  We’re doing our best to wrap this cycle up (finally). 

Cycle 25E: end of week 7.   Motion film processing minimum charge invoices should all be emailed next week unless we’re waiting for a response/clarification from you; please check your spam folder.  We’re getting ready to process still film – we’re behind.

Cycle 25F: end of week 1.  It takes a few weeks to get all the admin work for the cycle done and prepare for processing.  We’ll contact you if we need to.
