One particular project deserves support. Australian photographer Shirin Marshall has been on the hunt for old used film for many years. In her project she would like to make the pictures available to the public and maybe learn more about the motives. She finds many of the films in thrift stores, flea markets or simply on sales portals on the internet.
Many people seem to have lost interest in film, but for Shirin Marshall there is a special treasure to be found in the forgotten films. Film Rescue International supports her in this project. Because making forgotten films and their hidden memories visible again is also the task of Film Rescue International.
On our website and on our Instagram, Facebook and Youtube channels you will be able to learn more about this special project in the future. Stay tuned and look forward to exciting forgotten images just like we do at Film Rescue.
