• Your film will be processed in a high contrast developer to help compensate for the age of the film.
• Once the film is processed the negatives are scanned, color corrected and digitally enhanced.
• Prints are made from the digitally enhanced files, not straight from the deteriorated negatives.
• In addition to your negatives and prints, you receive a CD-R, allowing easy access to and reproduction of the images in the future.
• Our price is competitive with those offering a far less involved service.
• Due to our high success rate, we are able to guarantee our service. Other labs charge regardless of the results.

While we do our very best, it is important for you to realize that the final result is seldom perfect. However, compared to conventional handling of disc film, our efforts will likely make the difference between a very poor image and one that is quite acceptable, or an unrecognizable image versus one that is.

Work is done in one month cycles. If your order is in by the 1st of the month, prints should reach you in 2 to 4 weeks; your cd and originals will ship separately (add an extra 2 weeks or so). If you miss the 1st of the month cutoff your order may be held until the next work cycle begins (i.e. the following month).

Guarantee:

If a film is completely blank, the negatives will be returned with a full refund. If there is any image at all on the film, regardless of quality or quantity, full price will be charged.

Security:

All work is archived and stored at Film Rescue indefinitely. If your film is lost in the mail or lost for whatever reason, we can send out a copy of your images on CD-R.
